Marriage License for a Las Vegas Wedding
You must obtain your Marriage License for a Las Vegas wedding at the Clark County Marriage License Bureau in the Regional Justice Center prior to your arrival at the Wee Kirk wedding chapel.
Please note that both the bride and groom must be present.
Key Information for Obtaining a Las Vegas Marriage License
- Hours – The Marriage License Bureau is open every day from 8:00 a.m. to Midnight.
- Cost – The fee for a Marriage License is $77, payable by cash, credit card, traveler’s check or money order. A service fee of $5.15 is added when using a credit card to pay for a marriage license. Debit cards are not accepted unless they are a combination credit/debit card.
- Waiting Period – There is no waiting period and no blood test is required.
- Age Requirement – If you are 18 years of age or older, both bride and groom will need at least one form of identification. Identification options include your driver’s license, certified copy of your birth certificate, your passport, or your military ID. If you are 16 or 17 years of age, parental consent is required by having a parent present. The Bride and Groom are required to have their original birth certificates, and the parents must have ID.
