Thanks for using our products and services (“Services”). The Services are provided by Wee Kirk LTD LLC. (“Wee Kirk”), located at 231 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89101, United States.
By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully. Our Services are diverse and these terms become part of your agreement with us if you use our Services.
If we perform a wedding ceremony and you have provided the proper documentation, including a marriage certificate provided by the Clark County Marriage License Bureau – you will be legally married everywhere in the world. Yes, everywhere in the world.
Payment terms and conditions
We accept cash, Visa and Master Card. We do not provide credit terms other than credit card accounts.
Our typical turn times are 10 business days (Monday through Friday) on most orders. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for products. We will let you know immediately if we encounter any problems with your order.
Order Cancellations and Changes
You have 72 hours from the point orders are received into our system to cancel. The same holds true for changes to orders. If changes are made after 72 hours, you may incur additional charges. To cancel or edit a pending order, please call our support line at 702.382.9830.
Standard Return Policy
No refunds and all sales are final
Return for replacement within: 30 days
Wee Kirk is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information. We also require you to submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. To safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share this information with anyone. If you elect to receive our newsletter or special promotions, your contact information will be used for the delivery of these items. Weekirk.com does not store any credit card information.

A Special Note About Children
Children are not eligible to use our services unsupervised and we ask that children (under the age of 14) do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this service only in conjunction with permission and guidance from your parents or guardians.
Nevada Law states: Any child less than 6 yrs of age who weighs less than 60 pounds must ride in an approved child restraint system (Child Seat). If you are traveling with a child (or children) who requires a child safety seat, it will be required to provide the seat and install them in the vehicle. Due to safety regulations our chauffeurs are not permitted to assist in the installation of the seats. We can recommend car seat rental companies, please notify your reservationist in advance if you will need to rent one
Acquisition or Changes in Ownership
In the event that the web site (or a substantial portion of its assets) is acquired, your information would be considered part of those assets, and may be part of those assets that are transferred.
These terms of service are a legally binding contract between client and Wee Kirk. By opening an account, client agrees to the above-stated terms.
These terms of service are subject to change without any prior notification, and any changes will be posted here. Anything not listed in the terms of service is open to interpretation and change by Wee Kirk without prior notice.
All prices are nonrefundable and nonnegotiable.
Any violation of these terms of service will result in termination of the account. Wee Kirk maintains the right to terminate accounts without prior notification.
Lastly, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
The parties shall submit all disputes relating to this agreement (whether contract, tort or both) to arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may enforce the award of the arbitrator in a court of competent jurisdiction. The parties understand that they are waiving their rights to a jury trial. This agreement shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, and all obligations of the parties created in this agreement are performable in Clark County, Nevada, United States of America.
